In-detail introduction to using a third-party Animation library with Breww/ScrollSpyer

We have chosen to provide support for certain animation libraries that are based on CSS. One of the libraries we support is Animate.css. This doesn't mean you can't use any other animation library of your choice; you still have the freedom to do so. However, for Animate.css, we have made it more convenient by including the necessary CSS imports directly in our library. This makes it faster and easier to use Animate.css in your projects and websites. More details about this will be explained in the Animate.css section.
